*Description:

1. The high temperature fan is mainly composed of impeller, housing, air inlet, motor, connector, and heat dissipation blade.

2. The impeller is made of high quality galvanized sheet or cold-rolled steel plate, and the blade is designed according to aerodynamic principles. The impeller consists of 10 reclining vanes, a curved front plate and a flat rear plate. The material is made of high strength, durability and high quality steel, and is calibrated with strict dynamic and static balance. Good air performance, high efficiency and smooth operation.

3. The inlet adopts the convergent streamline vortex reducing form, with less air loss and higher working efficiency of the high-temperature fan.

4. The motor housing and motor of the high-temperature fan are connected with metal castings, and the cooling air vane is installed on the motor shaft head. The inlet and outlet water pipes are set on the outer wall of the metal castings to cool down the metal castings and the shaft head to ensure normal operation of the motor at high temperature.

5. The motor adopts a special high-temperature motor, and the fluid part of the high-temperature fan adopts a temperature resistant material. The performance of cooling structure is reliable. However, in comparison with other boilers, it has the outstanding features and advantages of simple structure, convenient maintenance and high cost performance.
