The model YKB3150/YKB3180 is a 2 axes CNC gear hobbing machine, YKMB3150/YKMB3180 is a 2 axes precision CNC one. The CNC axes are: X axis-radial feed motion, Z axis-axial feed motion. On the principle of generation method, the machine is capable of cutting cylindrical spur and helical gears, crowning and slightly tapered gear, as well as sprockets and worm wheels. The machine is best suited for heavy-truck, mining machinery, ship and motorcar industries in jobbing or batch production.
