One, the use of the blowout preventer:

Blowout preventer is to prevent well kick and blowout which may be formed by entraining of oil and water by formation high-pressure gas in the process of well completion, workover and tubing lifting, oil recovery and oil testing. A safety combined sealing device installed at the wellhead to prevent kick and blowout. It is an essential wellhead safety device for downhole operation and tool change.
